Trainer, Motivator, Counselor and Coach, a Commerce graduate with MBA in Marketing. He started his career in 1988 as a class II officer with India’s No. one Insurance company – Life Insurance Corporation of India. He worked as a marketing official for 23 years, his last appointment was as Direct Marketing head for Goa Division. In 2011 he took VRS with an intention to start a training institute to help the coming generation in academics and their career. He is also perused his NLP practitioners certification affiliated to USA, and NLP – K certification by India, which is an add-on for his training module.

After completing his ICSE in 1980, his father wanted him to take up medicine or engineering for his career, as his father was a mechanical engineer working with M.S.R.T.C as an Assist. Works Superintendent which is Asia’s biggest transport corporation. He refused and wanted to go for commerce as his planning was for an M.B.A. in mkt. as his dream was a job in Gulf. In the year 1990 he had a lucrative offer with a package of 10 times more than what he was getting in LIC, but he had to sacrifice due to his father’s wish. His father who was his mentor and guide asked him to stay behind and serve the nation.

During his tenure of 23 years service he has trained and mentored more than 200 life insurance advisors, which helped them to make a career in the insurance industry and raise their income to more than 5 times. As an officer with one of the biggest PSU, he also maintained a healthy relations with his colleagues, seniors and subordinates. He strongly believes that people are the key factors of any organization. He also helped hundreds of students in their study schedule and retention module which helped them to raise their percentage up to 20 % and chose a proper academic stream. Soft skills training provided by him for degree and master degree students helped them get placement in MNC’s and reputed organizations. Parenting is also an area of his interest, by which he helps to bridge the gap between both the generations, and create a healthy environment in the family. He is also a qualified cricket coach and has given players to the state of Maharashtra, Goa and Tripura. Players trained by him represented different age groups of state level, MPL, GPL and also IPL.

Since 2011 he is delivering sessions for schools, colleges, organizations and also social groups. He wanted to reach out to the masses with his concept of training and tuning both the minds i.e. conscious and sub – conscious mind for guaranteed success, but at an affordable price for a common man. This very idea gave birth to a unique platform called as “Mind Tuning Studio”
